Zhu Haitao, male, was born in Shuangyashan, Heilongjiang Province, in March 1964. He was admitted to the CPC in September 1985. At present, he is an on-the-job postgraduate student of the Party School of the CPC. He successively served as Vice Secretary of Raohe County Committee of the CPC, Vice Secretary of Lingdong district Committee of the CPC and District Magistrate of the Lingdong. |
